This notice covers the contact form on morethanfans.org.
What we collect. Your name, your email address, your message, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone or WhatsApp number and your social handles. For spam protection, the contact endpoint also processes your IP address as a non-reversible hash for a short period.
Why. Only to reply to your enquiry and keep the form free of automated abuse. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not sell or rent your details.
Who processes it. The site is hosted on HOSTAFRICA and enquiries arrive in the More than Fans contact mailbox. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes request data to run its bot check under Cloudflare's privacy terms.
How long. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them and to keep ordinary business records.
Your choice. You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry at any time through the contact form.
